Within the “ArarАrt” project framework a database of high-quality video materials representing the works of the most famous artists of modern Armenia will be created. The first edition is dedicated to music. It will include performances by both academic groups and soloists, as well as representatives of folk and modern genres (the ensembles “Berd”, “Barekamutyun”, “Vahagn”, the string quartet “Komitas”, the choir “Little Singers of Armenia”, the State Jazz Orchestra of Armenia, “Gata” band, “Luys” vocal quintet, etc.) Filming will be carried out on the territory of historical sights, museums, in nature. The goal is to present the active cultural life of Armenia, as well as its roots, to promote Armenia as a tourist destination, filming location, and to help improve the image of Armenia in the international arena.
